Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the item within 48 hours of receipt.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original Jugnu Lahore tags and packaging intact for a successful return.

  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit and include the original invoice inside the parcel.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
